Returns / Exchanges
· Refunds - We do not accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment.
· Cancellations - In the event you need to cancel your order - you must do so within 12 hours. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment minus CC fees (subject to 10% of your order total). Anything after 12 hours will be returned as store credit.
· Store Credits – Items must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of being delivered or within 14 days of pickup notification. Store credit will be issued for qualifying items. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned.
· Size Exchanges – We cannot guarantee your size will still be in stock for an exchange. Your return will be processed as normal and you will need to repurchase the new size with your credit.
· Final Sale – All SALE items are FINAL SALE. This includes items 15% off or greater. Earrings, Eyelashes, Seasonal Items, Swim, Bodysuits, Hair accessories, Bath Products and intimates are also considered final sale.
- Returning an item outside of our return policy will result in a 25% restocking fee.
· All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met. If your item is returned without tags, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
· The customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged/Wrong Product:
If you received a wrong or defective product, we will pay the return shipping. You have 2 days to report the wrong/defective product or the return will not be accepted. All tags must still be attached. Please email us at
